Responsible for the coordination of services, case related treatment team coordination, medical/mental health, academic and all other appointments as deemed necessary for the clients placed by the agency. 6. Available throughout a 24-hour period on an ?on call? basis to support foster care families. 7. Participate in and provide input at group/individual supervision sessions to review clients with the clinical team and the program supervisor and discuss treatment strategies and client progress. 8.
