Assist in meeting the psychosocial needs of residents and to enable residents to utilize medical care in order to achieve their optimal health. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field required. Must be able to multi-task be a quick learner, flexible, work independently and handle difficult situations. Prefer 2 years experience in the Healthcare field but this is not required. Must be able to meet the social, emotional, psychosocial needs of the Residents, be a team player, and part of an ID Team. Have patience and tact, empathy. Knowledge of Federal and State regulations helpful.
