Assessing the support systems available and needed for pediatric patients and siblings and for children of adult patients.12. Providing holistic family-centered care across treatment settings.13. Consulting and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.14. Providing care consistent with Standards of Practice for hospice programs.15.
