Associates Degree or above preferred
3-5 years administrative/Community Relations experience
Superior computer skills including typing, email, word processing and data entry ability as determined by specific job requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to precision in us of language
Experience in working with children and families preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of Database use and management
Out of Valley travel is required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Develops and types correspondence, reports, flyers, PR pieces, etc. for review and use
Maintains record of activities and tracks results
Helps direct services staff stay more connected to the broader community initiative
Develop and maintain calendar of regular community events and ensure agency participation
Creates project flow charts, track and report on progress
Engage in and track community contacts via logs, letters, and other appropriate records and documents
Maintains calendar of community room reservations
Provide backup for management team projects and tasks
Responsible for assisting Community Director in maintaining agency visibility and contact with existing and potential community partners and collaboratives; building community partnerships towards sustainability of programs; mobilizing parent alumni to serve in an advisory capacity to PFF governance and to support them in advocating for CB programs and services that have been of benefit to them. Provide planning and leadership for other alumni and community engagement events; serve as a liaison to CB PR staff and manage regular exposure in community media, websites and other emerging technology. Provide regular consultation/updating with Director & PFF governance and CB upper management as needed. Develop strategies for visibility and sustainability of CB programs. Regularly Track activities and report on results in terms of sustainability of programs and continuous quality improvement.
