Responsibilities include clinical supervision, oversight to casework staff, administration and some direct practice. The right candidate has an LCSW (Please do not apply if you do not have an LCSW), a sense humor, is dynamic, hard working, organized, attentive to detail and comfortable advocating for program documentation, crisis intervention, and promoting inter and intra agency communication and collaboration.
