Qualifications:Completion of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university AND Two years of related experience OR One year of experience at a level equivalent to the lower level (GSP012) OR Six years of related experience OR Completion of a masters degree in a field appropriate to area of assignment from an accredited college or university.Preferred Qualifications:Masters degree with 5 years health care management experience and three years of experience in management analysis, program evaluation, operations analysis or similar analysis, including at least one year of supervisory, project or team leadership responsibilities. Demonstrated abilities in the following: project management, strategic planning, financial analysis, effective oral and written communication skills, analytical and critical thinking skills.
