Residential Program Coordinator (Human Services) Company: Walnut Street Center Inc Location: Somerville, MA Description: Come join our team of dedicated professionals! Walnut Street Center, Inc. is a non-profit, human service agency providing residential, day and individual supports to adults with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Residential Program Coordinator. This position is responsible for overseeing the management of approximately 5 group homes in the Somerville, Arlington and Cambridge communities. Position is responsible for providing supervision to Residential Program Managers and direct care staff as needed, ensuring compliance with all state regulations as they relate to residential programs, budget monitoring and maintenance, medication administration compliance, financial oversight and compliance, attend medical appointments as needed, ensuring individuals residing in the program receive superior support and completion of ISP goals and objectives, other general administrative work as assigned, assigned committee participation and other duties as assigned. Requirements include but are not limited to: Bachelor's Degree and at least 2-3 years supervising Residential Programs in a DD (MR) setting, at least 5 years of experience working with DD (MR) population, excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, experience managing a program budget as well as household finances, experience with DDS program regulations (QUEST), medication administration experience, exceptional organization and time management skills, proficiency with MS Office.
