Description: University Instructors Inc., a regional leader in K-12 education services, is seeking an experienced Community Outreach Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing marketing efforts of a state to establish SES / NCLB student enrollment through parent sign-ups at eligible Title 1 schools for free tutoring services.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) managing marketing activities of field staff, parent outreach, developing and maintaining database, distributing flyers, representing company at fairs, tracking goals and establishing and maintaining relationships with partnering facilities.
Qualifications:
o Minimum two years K-12 education environment experience
o Minimum 3 years marketing experience
o Minimum 2 years managing experience
o Bachelors degree preferred
o Highly organized and motivated
o Ability to operate independently and as a team player
o Strong written, oral and presentation communication skills
o Strong Microsoft Office suite and computer skills
o Ability to travel
