North Shore Pediatric Therapy is a well-respected center for multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services. We are looking for a person who understands what it is like to be a parent coming in for therapeutic services for their child. .
The main responsibility of the role is to manage each client experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
Answer all new calls
Send out information packets using us-mail
Set appointments for new callers
Maintaining relationships with families
Maximize the scheduling of therapists
Greet all new clients when they arrive
Ensure that the facility is clean, neat, and welcoming to everyone that comes in
The ideal candidate will have:
? Excellent communication skills
? A great personality
? Terrific organization skills
? A strong desire to learn and be coached
? Computer proficiency
? Deductive problem-solving skills
? Have a natural attention for detail and follow-through
? Sales and customer service strengths, as well as experience / knowledge concerning children with special needs.
? Passion for helping children discover the best route to getting to their ultimate potential
Must drive, non-smoker, background checks conducted
