The 36th Judicial District Juvenile Probation Officer Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or a closely related field. One year experience in the juvenile justice system or a closely related field preferred. Beginning salary is $2,438.00 / month. Applications are also being accepted for a Full Time Education Specialist to conduct groups for parents and youth involved in the Juvenile Justice System. Requires: Two years college credits in social service field. Social service work related experience may take the place of college requirements, year for year. 40 hrs / wk Mon-Thurs and requires evening work. Salary is $1,741 / month. Applicants must submit a resume to the Director of Juvenile Services, P.O. Box 1122, Sinton, Texas 78387. Resumes must be received by 5:00 p.m. November 6, 2009.
