EmploymentLarge behavioral healthcare agency seeking candidates for JOB COACH position. Coordinate provision of vocational / employment services and provide systematic instruction of job tasks and related behavioral skills to persons with severe and persistent mental illness that are receiving vocational / employment services. Work with treatment team members to provide work support and negotiates work-related issues with employers, provides individual served with direct skill teaching, supportive counseling and behavioral interventions as needed and provides services consistent with standards practices of CSS, BVR and Medicaid. Experience and / or education in job training skills, and prior experience in a vocational setting with persons with disabilities necessary. A Bachelor's degree in a human service related field and prior experience in job training assessments / work adjustments desired.
