The ideal candidate must have strong leadership,administrative, organizational and managerial skills. Candidates must possess a Masters of Social Work degree, be licensed by the Maryland State Board of Social Work Examiners and have seven (7) years of experience providing services in cases involving suspected child or adult abuse or neglect, out of home placement, guardianship or emergency protective orders.
